THOMAS MUSTER (CEO, CSO)
Before becoming CEO/CSO of AVIR Green Hills Biotechnology, Dr. Muster was head of the Viral Oncology Laboratory at the Department of Dermatology, Medical University Vienna. Thomas Muster and his team substantially contributed to several inventions, which provide the basis for the Companys platform technologies. Thomas Muster holds a Ph.D. in Biotechnology and is Associate Professor.

REINHARD ZICKLER (CLO,CFO)
started his business career as Manager in regional and international real estate project development and acquired broad financial, organizational, project management and business development skills. He is embedded into a tight network of valuable national and international contacts to executives and decision-makers in various fields of business. Reinhard Zickler has a master degree in law.

ANDREJ EGOROV (Vice President Research)
Andrej Egorov is a renowned researcher in the influenza field and has been active in influenza vaccine development since 25 years. He has authored more than 30 scientific publications and contributed to several patent applications. He gained experience in different positions in Russia, the USA, and as head of a research group in Austria. Dr. Egorov is Assistant Professor and holds a MD PhD in Clinical Immunology.

ROSEMARIE DICK-GUDENUS (Vice President Development)
Rosemarie Dick-Gudenus has worked in pharmaceutical R&D since more than 20 years. She managed the international development of biotechnology programs for 13 years at Boehringer Ingelheim. At Baxter she was responsible for setting up a project management office. Since 2001 Dr. Dick-Gudenus is working for pharmaceutical SMEs, first at Igeneon, then at Aphton Corp. She holds a PhD in molecular biology

NORBERT TAFERNER(Vice President Operations)
can reflect upon 15 years experience in Manufacturing and Quality in the pharmaceutical industry. He gained experience at Immuno AG (today Baxter), Aventis Behring, Globopharm and Sanochemia. Since 2007 Norbert Taferner is in charge of Avir Green Hills Biotechnology Operations including Process Development, Manufacturing and Quality Control.

JOACHIM SEIPELT (Vice President Cooperations)
is an expert in applied and basic research in virology. He gained industrial experience in research at companies such as Boehringer Ingelheim and academic experience at the Medical University Vienna. Joachim Seipelt holds a Ph.D. in Biochemistry and lectures at the Medical University as an Assistant Professor.
