Herbert Hild, PhD
Herbert Hild serves as chairman of the Board. After working for the investment
bank Lazard Brothers in London, Herbert Hild has held positions as CEO
of international companies such such as Steyr Werner GmbH and TG Holding
AG. He was successful in bringing Hild Handels AG to the Vienna stock
exchange. As chairman or member of the supervisory board he was in charge
of major companies like Brau AG or Mautner Markhof AG and is in charge
of Selfstorage Dein Lagerraum GmbH.
Nikolaus Zacherl, PhD Prof. Nikolaus Zacherl ist the
doyen of the Austrian biotech scene and co-author of the Austrian Law
of Gene Technology. He has held several executive management positions
for international pharmaceutical companies such as Novartis and the highly
reniowned Research Institute IMP (Research Institute of Molecular Pathology,
Boehrinher Ingelheim). Prof. ZAcherl was also co-founder and chairman
of the German Industrial Association and is presently chairman of the
Austrian Biotech Industry Association.
Christian Mitteregger, MBA
Christian Mitteregger , Deputy chairman of the Board, is a globally operating
tax advisor and chairman of international trusts. He started his career
working for Raiffeisen central Bank as a banking tax expert.Tzhen he was
recruited by TPA, one of Austria' leading tax and consulting companies.
For TPA he was in charge fort he company's tax services for national and
international clients. He then founded his own tax and consulting firm.
Christian Miteregger serves as chairman or member of several supergvisory
boards of nationally and internationally investing companies and trusts.
He holds a masters degree in business development and is a certified tax
accountant.
Gregor Medinger, PhD
Gregor Medinger was head of the US investment banking activities of Hypo
Vereinsbank Group and ist predecessor Bayerische Vereinsbank for over
20 years. His responsibilities included mergers & acquisitions, private
equity, real estate consulting, public finance, and securities sales and
trading. In 2004 he founded Rum Hill Capital, a private investment and
advisory firm.
